This place has taken the fun and joy out of shopping!

The customers ( and I will be honest and frank from my observations are signifigantly immigrants, such as ukrainians and Russians, hispanics, other nationalities and "dealers" of on-line "Stores"(eBay) and collectables/antique shops fight over items! (Usually grown mature men grabbing large quantities of childrens TOYS (lots of Bum rushing every time new bins are rolled out and locked into place) They are rude to other customers, crowd your personal shopping space, grab and horde mass quantity of items such as SHOES and BOOKS they throw into large fabric carts; plus I'v watched them go through and check every pocket on handbags and luggage items (of which they have no interest in purchasing.. looking for possible money and jewelry items (or anything else of possible value) of which they then covertly put in their pockets and then toss the item to the side!

I have had my shopping cart of items taken from me...by a employee at the Tacoma outlet store without even asking/making a announcement if it had belonged to someone (assuming it had been abandoned) before they emptied my cart of items back into the bins!

I have a cell phone video that was taken at the Seattle outlet store to prove my "accusation" of "alleged" "bum rushing the bins "like piranha fish in a feeding frenzy!

Buying "Stuff" from there isn't the issue... it's the greediness/hording and rudeness and the covert stealing that...

I really wish there were an option for minus one start, but since that’s impossible I will give it a 1 star to post my review. The manager at this location is the worst person I have ever dealt with while shopping. I bought an item there for $30 and as soon as I tried it to see if it was working which it didn’t, I right away returned the item for exchange for something else. Mind you this was within less than 12 hrs. The so called manager didn’t want to allow me to return it or exchange it, And he was so rude to me as a costumer, after asking him and he refused my request, I told him to keep it because it was useless to me. This man went on and took it and putting it right back on the floor where it was originally. This is very disturbing especially since I myself donate at goodwill so often. I truly don’t think he is equipped to work there. I am so so disappointed and I don’t see myself going back there ever. He deserves to work somewhere as a (Janitor )where he doesn’t have access to working directly with people. Not in this kind of job ! Now I lost my money, he wouldn’t even give me a store credit but he was rudely happy to take the item I had purchased and ready to sell it to someone else. This is purely STEALING from the community...

Came on 5/6/23. Almost got hit by a worker when i was trying to get out of the way to leave, as i was getting an headache from hearing a worker yell constantly and got yelled at personally. I was not even in her way, as i was moving OUT of the aisle. She was constantly yelling at people to “not touch her stuff or you will be kicked out of the store”. Same woman yelled at a little boy telling him he was not allowed to look at the toys without his parents directly by his side when all he was doing was looking, not disturbing anyone and his parents ended up being close by, she even went as far to PUSH the boy out of her way and towards his parents. There was not even a full minute of silence the entire time I was there. If it was not her telling people to not touch her things (the carts being pushed out), she was yelling at customers for something else. Incredibly bossy, very controlling woman. She ruined the entire shopping experience. I came to de-stress and ended up being more stressed than i was before! Makes me wonder how she treats her own coworkers. Is she being payed to yell at customers? Because it definitely seems like it. Not professional, patient or...
