Solid municipal course, the greens are still recovering from when they were killed a few years ago. This course does not drain well. The back 9 can flood, but that is paritially cause by a beaver dam. The front 9 can get a little repetitive, I do like the back 9 a lot even I think itâs alittle harder. I wish they took better care of the chipping area out front because it has a lot of potential. The Seattle premier golf courses added a $3 maintenance fee a couple years ago, I just wish I saw more of it into some of these courses. One thing about Walter is the tee boxes are pretty uneven. Hole 17 par 3 they did a good thing by leveling the front tee box, however the back tee box was the one that needed more attention and wish they fixed that tee box first because It is probably the worst one on the course in my opinion. This course is usually fairly priced. The staff is all...

Some narrow fairways, trees, a few strategically placed bunkers & some water kept me honest throughout the round. Walter Hall Memorial favors longer hitters, as there are quite a few long par 5s, long par 4s & some long dog leg holes. At 66 years of age, I should be playing from Senior tees, but golfing my golfing buddies generally play white tees...so this course is a real challenge for my skill level. Not long, but straight is my game & longer hitters who are not real straight can get into trouble quickly! Walter Hall Memorial was in GREAT shape, perfectly manicured, pace was medium, greens were fast. I look forward to golfing Walter Hall Memorial...

This skatepark is the best pump track I've ever been to. This skatepark was designed as a whole, and incorporated into the mesh, all skill levels and skill types. Street and pool skaters, as well as riders can all rejoice! Praise be the mid school skaters and city council for allowing this place to to exist, and for bringing so many lives out of dead ends and into the greater fold of society.
New skateparks are a clusterfuq of random 'obstacles' picked out of a hat by blindfolded city council members and then pinned onto a board by blind 7 year olds. like a toddler with a...
