Horrible experience. Went to the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Asked for a dressing room to try on the clothes and the lady refused to give me a dressing room, as she said it was closed. I left all of the clothes I was going to buy because I wanted to make sure they would fit properly. I went to the register to purchase a pair of sandals for my daughter and the lady didn't acknowledge me at all. She grabbed the shoes with the meanest look on her face, like I was bothering her and I said, nevermind. I felt as though I was disturbing her by purchasing something, so when I went to say nevermind, she grabbed the shoes roughlt an slammed them on the counter, while giving me a dirty look. She seemed to be the manager on duty. My husband and I were leaving the store. As we were leaving, I went back to see if my daughter dropped my phone. As I went back, I overheard both of them speaking about myself and mt husband in a nasty manner. I understand it was closing time, but I have years of experience in retail and have been a loyal customer to rainbow for years and NEVER had such a horrible experience. Never going back again. Definitely need...

If you want to be treated badly, you have to come to this store. I went to this store with my service dog and from the moment I entered they started to see me badly. The lady who was there, did not say hello and only said "be careful and the dog urinates" I replied that it is not possible since he is trained, I continued looking at the store and the man at the cashier told me that I had to leave the store since they do not allow pets. However, my pet is a service dog and had his badge with his ID, I didn't want to keep having a bad time, so I decided to leave the store. They should first inform themselves about the policies of service pets, and not discriminate just because a person enters with a pet, Im not coming...

A clothing store that is super full with stuff. I actually felt like I'm in a labyrinth where the walls are built from cloths and where I can only navigate if I step sidewise.
