Subject: Feedback on Recent Experience at Specialty Pizza on Olden

I am writing to share my feedback regarding a recent experience I had at your establishment. I have been a loyal customer of Specialty Pizza on Olden for over 30 to 40 years and have always appreciated the respectful and friendly service provided by your team.
However, during my last visit, I encountered a situation that left me disappointed. I placed an order over the phone for pick up and clearly specified my preferences for a chicken wrap on wheat with specific toppings, toasted well (extra crisp), and a side of honey mustard. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the wrap was not toasted to my satisfaction, and the side of honey mustard was missing from the bag.
Upon requesting to have the wrap toasted again and to include the missing honey mustard, I encountered a male staff member who was quite rude. He insisted multiple times that I had not ordered the honey mustard, despite my clear recollection of doing so during the phone call. He also mentioned that there would be an additional charge of 75 cents for the honey mustard, to which I agreed without any issue as I had already paid for my order.
As a long-time customer, I felt disheartened by this experience. While I have always appreciated the respectful and pleasant service provided by your team, this recent encounter was quite disappointing. I believe that one negative experience can overshadow many positive ones, and I wanted to bring this to your attention so that you can address it appropriately.
I value your establishment and the quality of food and service you provide. I hope that my feedback can contribute to maintaining the excellent standards that I have come to expect from Specialty Pizza on Olden.

Got home not the right pizza. Called to let them know in hopes of getting correct pizza. They told me it was my fault I ordered wrong, the girl didn't hear me. Every excuse in the book. She said they could bring me right pizza but they needed the wrong pizza back and I had to pay more. . Told her my address and she said yes they deliver. Then put me on hold and said they don't deliver to my address. That I would have to drive back to them, pay more and give them the wrong pizza back. No thank you . You make an error and I have to go out of.my way to fix. We will never be back. Also wondering where the wrong pizza was gonna go. Maybe slice pie at the counter? Read moreWe ordered pizza and wings last night. Usually we get pizza from a different place because this pizza is greasier than I tend to like, but I love their very unique wings.
That said, they told me it would be 45 minutes and it took over an hour. When I called at the 50 minute mark, they said The delivery had "left awhile ago". But if it were just that, I wouldn't be writing a review. I'm writing the review because because I woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea.
