Where do I begin? Let me just say that I hardly ever write reviews but felt that I had to in this case. I recently bought a golf cart from a private sale in order to take me into the woods where I hunt. It’s an older cart that had some wiring issues. I’m suffering from a vestibular disorder that makes walking very difficult, especially in the dark. Paul explained what he thought I could try in order to get it going. I try to fix things myself when possible. After spending hours on it I wasn’t able to get it going. When I spoke with him again he told me to bring it in. Keep in mind that I did not purchase this from him and that they were extremely busy. It’s the beginning of the height of my hunting season and this rig is a game changer for me making it possible to get to the woods without issue. I told Paul of my medical issues and if there was any possible way for him to get me going it would certainly be appreciated. I was hoping to get it back in a few days or within a week. Amazingly, he took it right in and had it going that afternoon. I couldn’t begin to tell him how appreciative I was and he was just as happy as I was knowing that they were able to help. Last April when I decided to buy a golf cart I googled all the dealers in New England. Most of the ones that I called were very businesslike or had very little inventory at the time. Then I got in touch with EW Gardner Golf Cars and it was a totally different experience. Jim from sales treated me like a valuable customer, answered all my questions and offered me a good deal on my cart. There was no pressure to make the sale whatsoever. You can really tell it's a family-owned business because they know how to treat their customers so that they will be returned clients. The whole experience right down to the delivery of my car was completely awesome. Yesterday when they picked up my cart because they're going to store it for the winter (for a fee) I told them of a very small issue that I was having. In less than 24 hours I received a call to say that the issue he had already been resolved. I love my Bintelli cart but I could have bought one somewhere else. I'm glad I didn't. I just bought a Bintelli low speed-street legal vehicle (SLV) for use in East Greenwich from E W Gardner and the sale was an awesome experience. Jim and Peter (very friendly, super knowledgable, down to earth and not pushy) took the time to walk us through their inventory, which is the best in Rhode Island and probably Massachusetts. They explained everything and answered all of our questions. Also, delivery of the vehicle was fast and smooth. While looking for an SLV we visited other competitors in the area who had slightly cheaper vehicles, but the Bintelli is much better in build, ergonomics, and accessories that the others don't offer. Also an enormous plus is that E W Gardner has been in the business for many years and has a ton of industry knowledge. Just talking to Jim and Peter you can tell they are extremely trustworthy and more reliable than the other competitors we talked to. If you're looking for an SLV or any golf cart this is the place.
