If you are looking for an honest shop- take your vehicle elsewhere! My father brought in his truck to get an alignment done and for them to replace 2 tires. After some time they called to tell my father that one of the ball joints is alright but they recommend that we replace it because it had a 1/16 wobble. My father tells them to go ahead and replace that one ball joint. In about an hour or two we called to see if the truck is ready to be picked up, just to find out that they decided to replace all 4 ball joints and the truck is taken apart so they can’t stop doing what they are doing and that this unexpected turn of events will cost us over $1,000! When we confronted them they told us “welp, it is what it is”. I was driving from KC to eastern Missouri for a float trip and stopped in Fair Grove for gas. After fueling up my truck wouldn’t start. After some troubleshooting in the parking lot I was pretty sure I needed a new starter. I was travelling with friends and could squeeze in with them but has no idea what to do with my broken down truck two hours from home.

I explained the situation to the folks at Premier, and they went above and beyond — not only did they make time to come tow my truck, but they also had it repaired and ready for pickup by the time I was heading back through Fair Grove after my trip. Price was very reasonable.

I Love Premier. They're honest and fair. Ricky and the boys give you detailed info and options for repair so you can make the most informed decision possible. Their tire prices are awesome too and they do more than just sell you what they want to sell. They discuss with you how the vehicle is used and what you expect from the tires you choose.
