Subway — Restaurant in Fair Grove

First the bad: The management here is a joke both the assistant and regular manager are both rude and you can hear them talking bad about employees and customers. How they have managed to keep their jobs is beyond me. I have stopped coming into this subway unless I know the tattoo face girl is working. Now the good: they seem to have 2 really good employees a very sweet red headed younger girl ( lily?) and the tattoo face lady ( Rachelle?) The lady is great. She is really the only reason I still come in here when I do. If I don't see her I immediately leave. She should be managment!!! She knows her store and is great with customers!! Even when you can tell she may not be having a great night she is still as friendly and nice as can be. She has never been rude to me or my family like the management and the teenage boys have. Someone needs to do something about this store. The management here is running it into the ground. I've talked to several people who seem to have had the same experiences...

Went in on a Thursday evening about 6 pm. As I ordered, I was informed of a great deal of items no longer available. Only 2 choices of bread. I asked for double meat on my sandwich, the young man put 2 cups of meat and I said I wanted double so he put 1 more cup. That's not double, so I called him out on it. He asked a coworker, who quickly said double is 4. Obviously, not good at math. Then after it was toasted I asked for honey mustard on the bread side. He put some on and it ran out. He went to get more only to pick the wrong one, terriaki and pouring it on. So as that was the last foot long bread other than white, he actually asked if I wanted him make it again...I just left. Why would a place be overwhelming understaffed and out of everything at dinner time? If that is common practice ... I...

Manager at this store extremely disrespectful. She always has a bad attitude and I just ignore it. This time though she mimicked, mocked me and said something under her breath. When I asked her what she said she wouldn't reply and asked me if I just wanted her to throw the sandwiches away? I said if that's what she wants. Why on earth someone would throw away almost 40.00 worth of food is beyond me. She has a terrible attitude. Would not give me her supervisors name or number .
