I had the sincere pleasure of working with a young man named Ian when I contacted the call center earlier. Ian's naturally friendly, optimistic and helpful nature only enhanced his tireless efforts to resolve my complex issue. His patience, his willingness to help, and his pleasant reassurances that the challenging issue I presented could be resolved truly made me feel like a valued member of the MAC FCU family. Ian swiftly analyzed the issue and proceeded, undaunted, to contact several different departments and work with various people, including management , to get the answers I needed and to resolve the issue that was presented. I can't say enough good things about Ian and his helpfulness. I'm very fortunate that Ian answered my call, for he represents the very best of what MAC FCU stands for. And because of Ian's fabulous customer service, I will continue to be a MAC FCU member permanently , because there really is no other bank that truly cares for its customers and Ian is proof of that. I hope Ian's supervisor reads this review, because this young man deserves a substantial raise, extra vacation time, an award of some type, and a promotion! Although I hate to have him promoted out of the call center, because again it was such a pleasure to work with him, Ian is management material. I loved how they helped me with everything that met my needs for my credit and how fast they respond, and how much they have helped me with my credit and getting it back on track. They approved a lot for me not having an account with them to begin with, and to only have to put $25 bucks in to open an account and then get approved for all sorts of loans was amazing. Other banks will say no to you with no credit at all. I just want to thank this bank for putting trust into those who actually need and want to move forward with building their own credit to be better. Thank you once again to the loan officers who helped along the way. The staff are all extremely friendly and always willing to get you what you need. Never had a bad phone call or judgment or discouraged....

I went in the other day to get documents for selling my house notarized. The first woman I spoke with did not understand my request or how to help me. She almost sent me home in tears. Bonnie had overheard part of the conversation and asked if she could help. She longed over what I had and was able to help me right away. There were some special things that happened and she recognized errors the title company had made in their documents that could have prevented closing. She was patient and helped me through the entire process. I'm grateful...
