Where do i start? This store has gone downhill fast. Every time I go back to the Hot Deli area there is either no food(chicken, mashed potatoes,etc..)made or if there is food made it has been sitting there for a long while, or it is overcooked or raw believe it or not. This has happened to me multiple times at all times of the day, you would think at normal meal times that they would have food ready to go. A few days ago i ordered 2 different kinds of potato wedges and you could plainly see that they either had some old ones left that they had set to the side or someone had ordered some and then changed there mind and they had set them to the side and of course they were given to me before the fresher ones and they were barely warm, if they are gonna be set to the side and given to a customer at least put them back in the warming tray! Used to love the mashed potatoes and gravy also, but since they got there new steam table, the potatoes always stick to the sides of the pan and get crunchy, and then of course when they go and serve you some up they have to scrape around the sides of the pan to get the mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes aren't supposed to be crunchy!! Also there are usually multiple people "working" in the Hot deli area, but when customers walk up most of them just look at you and walk off. There are usually about three to four people, but one actually getting orders On to the Meat dept, don't know how many times i've got ground beef and got home and use it immediately and it is brown inside, gross! Not to mention the other day i went to buy some and every package i picked up was slimy. Also the cashiers up front are very unfriendly and more interested in talking to each other than ringing up your groceries, this person's back was turned talking when i pulled my cart up, she turned around rang me up and immediately turned around and started talking again. Finally, i have no problem using generic branded merchandise, but i think Dave's needs to rethink the Clover Valley brand, bought a box of stuffing the other day and it was unusable the seasoning formed a hard 2"X2" block with the stuffing cubes that i would never be able to get apart or be able to disolve, so i had to make another trip out to buy more ingredients, because this pretty much ruined what i was making. I did buy another different generic brand stuffing mix the second time and...

Read morePrices are crazy expensive. Ice cream is $5.99. However, you can find some great deals. For example: a big thing of jet dry originally 8.99 on sale for 4.99 with the little ones for also 4.99 right next to it. I was like "heck yes". The people are friendly for the most part but there's a particular cashier a blond haired middle aged heavy set woman who gives me the evil eye everytime I walk in for no reason. The place is organized and clean from what I've seen and the employees are helpful. I dont appreciate that I can't take my cart outside and return it myself because I dont like having people take my groceries outside for me it feels like I'm being lazy and I'm treating them like a servant and that doesn't feel right. If I have a big trip I'll try to avoid this store for that reason. But it's a great thing having a supermarket nearby. The fact that they are closed on Sundays is absolutely friggin insane and the biggest inconvenience...
