There should be an adult working in the restaurant, however when we visited I did not see someone over high school age working. When we walked in there was one girl taking an order and another came to the other register. She didn’t say anything, just looked down at the register. We walked over, she didn’t smile or say hello, just continued to look at us with a blank look. I started to order and she walked away then came back like she just woke up from a nap. We got our meal and the other half of our party was waiting on theirs. For two people, three burgers came out with two fries. Not only was one supposed to be onion rings, but there was an extra burger. We opened all of them to figure out what burger we actually ordered and put the extra to the side. There were two more in the party waiting for their meal and the girl brought one burger and two fries. She said that the extra burger was for this order and he should take that burger. We aren’t family so we wouldn’t readily share food or drink, so we asked for them to remake the burger since we had opened it and touched the burger. The girl grumbled and walked back to the kitchen, eventually bringing another burger. She said they needed to throw the other away, but we asked why can’t someone use it since we’ve touched it and it’s going to the trash anyway? She said she’d need to charge us for the burger then. We said so we’d have to pay for a burger because it was your mistake on our order? She grumbled again and walked away. Half way through the meal the original girl and another girl walked over to interrupt the meal and one grabbed the sandwich from the table saying they were throwing it away. We told her the same thing, it was your mistake to give us the burger and we’ve touched it. It is so unsanitary they were going to use the burger we touched for another order, regardless of if they were dining with us or not. They two girls walked away and we still heard for the entire time we were eating about how we shouldn’t be keeping the burger, about our looks, and how cheap we were. We were on the other side of the restaurant and shouldn’t hear over other customers, drink machine, and kitchen noise the gossip of teenage girls. I shouldn’t expect anything different from an entire staff of high school girls. It’s unfortunate that this is the closest Dairy Queen otherwise we’d be eating at a...
Read moreUsually I have a decent experience at this location. But I just got back from there and the first time we went through to get food, they forgot all three of the sauces we had ordered and got one of the drink sizes wrong. The second time, we went through to get blizzards as we didn't want them to melt while we ate. And the cups were covered all the way around in ice cream drips and chocolate syrup, even though none of us even had chocolate syrup on ours so why would it be all over the sides of the cups where it was getting all over our hands? That was pretty gross. Not to mention that the employees we had seemed out of it. Maybe they were high or...
Read moreIt couldn't have been any better than the need for them to update their drive thru. I think the whole building should be a little bigger on a bigger lot so they can update the drive thru to be duo. Every Dairy Queen that still has the singular drive thru ALWAYS has a ridiculously long line. Especially in warm weather, and when they have events going on in town during the warmer weather seasons. Other than that, service was great! Food was great! We received everything we ordered it exactly the way we ordered it. (SN: Even though the line was long, it moved at a considerably...
