I brought my Dyson Vac for a warranty repair. The wand was not getting any suction. The first thing I was told is the vacuum had been ran through water. When I told him I had never ran it through water, I was told it had been ran through water and if I didn’t like it I could take the vacuum and leave. I was then told the vacuum just needed cleaned and he offered To do so for a fee. I brought the vacuum home and thoroughly cleaned it and still am having the problem. I had the same problem previously and the shop Dyson sent me too in that occasion fixed it no problem. Now I have to give Dyson a call back and bring to another shop. The gentleman was very rude...

I don’t often write reviews but I was blown away by their great service. My sewing machine wasn’t working and everywhere I called they said it would be a month or more before they could take me. Fairfield Vac said their repair guy would be in on Friday and Monday and could work on it then. We brought it in on Wednesday and they fixed it right then and there.
