It has been 2.5 years since my last visit and boy have things changed! We are dealing with higher prices almost everywhere and I do automatically expect a 25-50% increase when I walk into a place. However, I felt like I was in a high end department store outlet. The prices at this store seemed very high. I thought the items were donated for a cause and that was why in the past you could go to this place and furnish an entire home for less than 500.00. All of the proceeds went toward something or another but all good causes! That could never happen now. I did scour the entire place and I found very few things that were a good deal so I snatched them up. I lost my home and everything in it 2 months ago when it burned to the ground So I am on the lookout for anything and everything that is a good deal. I do know that I canât afford to shop here with their prices, definitely higher than Walmart. I am disappointed to say the leastđ I am still posting pictures of the (good deal) item I bought. Also, the staff was all very nice...
Read moreVery displeased with the Hamilton location. Ended up making 2 trips to the Restore and both times the purchased appliance did not work, even though I was told they had been purchased from another company who refurbishes them. Extremely frustrated at wasting my entire day hauling this in my truck, up and down basement stairs, and unable to just outright return it since I have to settle for store credit (and was told it is only valid on that location of the Restore). Not really willing to roll the dice again on another item that may or may not work once I've spent the time to get it into place, hook it up, and try it out. I have never had so much trouble with anything I have purchased from other locations of...
