I was in there twice in the past 3 days for a problem with my iPad or I should say two problems with my iPad . It’s hard to express how pleased I am that there is someone local and at the same time very personable very professional, very good at what their doing and apparently very concerned about service to their customers. Besides all that I’m pretty sure Ayse is a magician cause I know what she did for me would be impossible for 97 percent of the folks reading this. If you don’t believe me, go to Best Buy , I dare you ! Ok fast forward to April 2025 . First and most important if at all possible, shop local, keep your community alive . These folks are the best . Maybe I’m wrong when I say these folks , Ayse might be the only magician there , at least she’s the only one I’ve dealt with. While I had not used them before, I had noticed the business location because I pass by the shop several times a week. The issue with my MAC was very challenging and required not only that the system be checked out, live, but that additional research be done to determine the issue and a resolution. I picked up my MAC several hours, ago, after two anxious day, and am using it to write this review. Read moreHad a GPU fan die and I replaced it but it was refusing to work after I reinstalled it back in my computer. The range of issues it could have been was staggering to me and I was getting overwhelmed. I gave them a call and described my problem and said to to bring my PC in. They were quick to determine that the GPU was not working anymore but the rest of the PC was working fine by testing a different card on my PC. While I have to get a replacement the fact that they found the problem quickly put my mind at ease and I was able to set a plan going forward.
