Purchased a sofa here that seemed ok in the store but once i received it and had it for a few days it was clear that i overpaid for a poor quality sofa. after trying to return it i was told there would be a 50% restocking fee which is ridiculous, nor was i allowed to exchange it to avoid the return fee. definitely not happy with my experience here. berrios clearly doesn’t have the customers best...
