I'm used to having Jamba Juice in the states so I wasn't sure what to expect especially when I pulled up and found out it was a food truck and not an actual smoothie shop BUT don't let looks fool you they can make a pretty serious smoothie!! I have to try more flavors before I can pick a winner but my 1st Smoothie the "Fruity Acai" was a Success!! It was good with the protein but I want to try it again so the Acai can really pop more.
Only 1 size so if you plan on using it as a meal replacement you might need two.
Pros:
The only Smoothie place Ive ever seen specializing in Acai Open Late hours compared to the rest of the island (outside San Juan)
Cons:
Size is somewhat small compare to the larger chains in the states They charge to add protein for some of the smoothies. The Smoothie you see in the photo I uploaded was about $8.50 including taxes.

Read moreThe açaí base was okay, not the best in comparison to other açaí we have had on the island. We went at about 8:15 an hour or so before close and when we approached the restaurant one of the employees was sitting on the counter where you pay for your food and eating. We ordered two surfer bowls which should have totaled $18 and some change with tax. When it came time to pay, she never told us the total, when we asked after somehow the total had jumped to $20? And when we asked for a receipt she told us there was no way to print one, even though that was untrue. Undoubtedly the only way the total could have jumped like that is if she tipped themselves 15% without our knowledge or consent. Arguably there are better açaí places nearby that won’t swindle you out of money without...
Read moreAs someone who specializes in customer service, I understand that in these types of businesses, customer service isn’t top priority, but I expect a bare minimum if I’m paying $20 for fruit. Today I was rudely signaled to wait by two workers at the kiosk, because of gossip, or what I assume was gossip. None of my business, nonetheless, as a customer I shouldn’t feel like I’m interrupting because workers don’t want to do their job, another thing was how I was given the food, very rude and unwelcoming, overall just an unpleasant experience, not necessarily bad or something that ruined my day, but just enough to think “wow,...
