The short female manager there is the worst! No matter how nice you try to be the her you'll find out that depending on whether or not she likes you or her mood she can be passive aggressive and down right nasty about even the simpliest things. I'm talking about things the business itself provides and offers the customers to begin with ranging from extra toppings, coupons, and to almost nothing. If she has an issue with how subway operates and with what subway offers and provides the customer then maybe she should take that up with the ownership and not mumble it to other employees right in front of the customer or take it out on the customer period. From my experiences with her she was also the type that If she made a mistake, couldn't explain something, or didn't want to do or fulfill an order a certain way she would make excuses and even try to lie her way out of it if she had too. From what I observed she also appeared to be the type that will purposely neglect things just so that she don't have to deal with or have to do any extra work she don't want...

*Update: Incredibly disappointed in this particular Subway!! The crew that used to be there was amazing and service was great. I was highly embarrassed going in there with a coupon (feeding 3 kids) to find out that there's a new sign that says "Effective Immediately We Do Not Take Any Coupons" on the glass where meats are.. Okay, so for one, Subway Company sends those coupons in the mail (for a reasonš) and the fact that this store doesn't allow it anymore is ridiculous! Nevermind the fact that they're so cheap that when THEY DID TAKE THEM THAT YOU COULDN'T GET SPECIALTY SUBS! That would be a great way to have people try the specialty ones and come back and spend more money.
