Rocky's Ace Hardware — Local services in Fall River

Personally this store doesn't even deserve one whole star but I did find what I was looking for but not because of there assistance. The older managers that work there I will say they do there best to assist you, problem is there isn't too many of them, The female workers were also very helpful but I don't see too many of them either. The other managers that are young give horrific customer service along with the other male workers, customer courteousness is something not in there vocabulary, this store use to be my favorite hardware store to shop at but the past year it's been terrible dealing with there unfriendly attitudes, very sad when you go to a place of business and the only feeling you have after your shopping experience is a feeling of...

I was not able to get to the store so I called Rocky's Ace Hardware and asked if they still had tomato plants left in the store. The worker said yes . I explained my situation at home and that I have a daughter with learning problems who attends a day program next to their store. I had given her money to purchase 2 tomato plants . Your worker was so kind and said she would put 2 plants aside for her when she went there after lunch. Not only did she come home with 2 plants, she had 2 packs of plants for a total of 12 tomato plants that were so green and healthy looking.🥰 It made me happy because I wanted a few more than 2 plants and was going to send her back again next week . I do like this store a lot, not only because it's right in the vicinity of where I live, but the convenience, too. As it is a franchise and not a Monopoly like Lowe's/Home Depot, you will definitely pay a tiny bit more than the Monopolies. But as I say, I'd rather go here any day because the service is incomparable; the employees actually know what they're talking about. I only give it 4 stars though, because their "ACE" brand spray paint is watery, needs like 9 coats, and gets all over your hands! The ONE horrendous thing about this store is hands down their spray paint! I DO love the quirky items they have at the check-out station...
