I am extremely disappointed and outraged at the irresponsibility displayed by the management of Westlee apartments. When we lived in one of the apartments, while walking my dog in the designated pet play area, she accidentally ingested rat poison that was carelessly left unsecured. This serious oversight necessitated an emergency veterinary visit. Shockingly, the management could not immediately identify the type of poison involved, which critically delayed the necessary treatment for my dog.
It took hours before we were given a contact number for the poison control company, which turned out to be incorrect. We ended up having to track down the right information ourselves, further delaying our ability to care for our pet. The lack of knowledge and preparation for such a dangerous situation is unacceptable.
Pets are family, and their safety should be a priority, especially in designated areas. If a child had encountered the poison, the consequences could have been even more dire. I urge Westlee apartments to take action to ensure that all hazardous materials are secured properly and that your staff is trained to handle such emergencies promptly and accurately. Your tenants deserve peace of mind that their safety and that of their loved ones, human and animal alike, is taken seriously.
Additionally, the presence of a mouse and inexplicably, a hamster in our apartment raises serious questions about the structural integrity of the building. These occurrences suggest there are significant gaps or holes in the walls, which is not only a security concern but also speaks to the overall negligence in maintaining the property at Westlee. This lack of attention to crucial building standards is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately to ensure the safety and comfort of...

Had to pay 165 bucks and wait outside in the freezing cold for about 10 minutes. I understand taking necessary action if a parking lot is getting full but it is arguablyquestionable and unethical to do so if the lot is...
