Had employee " in training" who was an amazingly sweet and nice kid and thankfully for him, the ONLY REASON I didnt walk out. He clearly had many questions as he was still orrienting yet none of the veteran employees showed much interest in training anyone. Although very buay due to a new game relaease day and the fact at least 2-3 other guys were IN THE STOERE ALTHOUGH CANT DESCRIBE THEM AS WORKING.. ( My son decides he is ready to trade in his game system for credit towards updating to a newer version..as well as a hand held game system and several used games.. Then take credit to apply to new one...) A LOT OF TRANSITIONS..ESP FOR A KID IN HIS FIRST WEEK OR TWO . No one who was there really helped the boy behind the counter with the line of other customers forming ..even though was quite a few and if the boy asked their assistance in assuring het was performing his transactions correctly the annoyance seen on their faces ot heard in their voices was not just unprofessional to us as customers but even more as senior employees to their new hires in training. Again, the boy behind the counter will be a great asset to them as he learns and gets more experience and comfort in his position, but truly was only thing that kept me there in line that day. Other guys in charge should maybe look for another job where tbey dont require customer or co...
Read moreWill never come to this store again. Came with my kids on Pokemon journey together release day. My kid spotted a booster bundle sitting behind the counter and starting going nuts saying they have one left! To our surprise the employee working then said “oh that’s mine sorry” then proceeded to show us a card she pulled from a surging sparks booster pack she said she opened earlier In the day. Awesome. So glad the employees are able to get their hands on pokemon packs but the normal customer trying to find packs for their kids can’t get anything. Wasn’t a single pack in the store for us to purchase. Absolutely disgusting. And I hope a manager sees this and takes action on this employee for buying release day product and leaving it out in plain view for customers to get their hopes up thinking they had one left for sale. Can’t even express how disgusted and...
Read moreDon't expect much from this franchise in general. This location is no different.
Store was understaffed and seemed to rush everyone. 1 cashier with a line of 5 people. He interrupted my transaction to help other customers.
Do not go here to trade in games or consoles. A complete rip off. You're better off selling everything on Craigslist or eBay. They will give you pennies on the dollar and nitpick every game you try and trade in. They tell you they are deeply scratched and need to be refurbished. What a joke.
Went to trade in a PS3 that was like new, plus we had the box and all the original packaging. Also had over 20 games. These games were always kept in their holders, not scratched. All worked perfectly. The gamestop app told me roughly $91 in trade. After the associates nitpicking they offered me $14.
Hahaha shop at your own risk. They...
