Went to autozone on August 20th to order a part for my son's car for his bday. The older man who helped me was basically just miserable. When I hadn't heard from the store on eta of my purchase in early September noone could help me. Granted I did lose the receipt but never had an issue only 1 time before. I emailed and left voicemail over labor day weekend to the main district manager who responded ASAP. As well as the store manager who found the part I ordered. There was a young man who rang me up for a separate item on 8/20 who was very professional when I made a snarky remark about his coworker. He graciously apologized for my experience and told me to have a blessed day. I can appreciate that bc I also say that. When I went to pick up the part the same young man recognized me and immediately took care of me. The way they rearranged the buildings, lanes and driving flow make it very hard to drive around in there, park, and get out of parking spaces. Their placement of some of the stores on the sides of the buildings was also not the smartest thing they could have done because it is so unhappy to get in and out of that area. And the extra building of another bank in the liquor store parking lot makes no sense. It is just way to crowded and unhappy to get around.
