I am in town on business and decided I was in the mood for some GOOD chicken wings. I searched bar and grill, and opted into a little hole in the wall up the road, but it just wasn't my scene. I left there and searched chicken wings near me instead. I wasn't really interested in "to go" but GOOD WINGS was most important and the photos online looked great. I was pleasantly surprised to see a dining room inside. Stopped in and it was great service to begin, then EXCELLENT food to end! Wings were crispy and saucy, and the dumpster fries were on point (minus the olives of course. Who eats those?? 🤣) Just to throw another "little thing" in here, I watched a young man (employee) come out to get to go drinks for an order he was putting together. As he was walking back into the kitchen from the dining room, he noticed something on the swing door going in. He actually came right back out with a towel and wiped it off. I know that seems like no big deal, right? But how many teenagers/youngins do you know that actually notice things like that and care? I think I heard the team members call him Brandon. Nonetheless, ALL of them were great. They got along well, worked together to get food out quickly and bantered together like they've been working well together for a long time. The owner/ manager should be very proud of this crew. They're doing great!!! (Sorry so long 😅) I would add a photo but I ate...
Read moreOrdered online via the wings to go app. Order arrived 20 minutes after estimate arrival time which kept changing (1 hour after order time) . Order was not very hot and sauce was spilt all over the bag. Accepted order and gave driver a tip. 30 seconds later the driver came back to the door wanting to take a picture of my license, ummm, no thank you. Fought for it for a while but I refused to have a picture of my license taken. When I checked my order it was incorrect, missing and wrong items. I called w2g and they told me they were unable to process a refund for the missing/ incorrect items and that I had to contact Uber eats for a refund. The charge on my credit card was from w2g not Uber eats. She insisted that she was unable to process and had to put me on hold to get the number for me to call. I called Uber eats and had to tell 2 different people the issue. The 2nd person told me that the driver didn't close it the order so he was unable to assist me... at this point it has been a half hour since the delivery. He was also sitting outside my house still at this point. If the charge comes through as a business in my credit card that business should be able to make corrections. Very frustrating to get...
Read moreOrdered through doordash at opening. I was one of the 1st in line so tell me why no matter how fast I order, my food always ends up nasty? This is the 4th time in a row that my food was off. I think my special instructions get ignored because i could've sworn I said not to put fries in my rib box. It was because i ordered the 3 cheese & bacon. I've never thrown away fries but today, I had to. They lacked flavor. I tried the 3 cheese and bacon 2x now. Both times, the fries were hard and hurt my sensitive teeth. The ribs were lukewarm upon arrival to my house which is about a 3 minute drive from the restaurant. The mini corn dogs, usually my favorite part, tasted like it was rolled around in sugar. Why? My chicken quesadilla was more dry than my sense of humor. Most definitely not worth the price i paid for it. $45 is gone. $65 after taxes and the fees and tip. Maybe it was my dasher's fault but now i feel sick. I'm never eating here again. It used to be good. I hope they find their mojo someday. Learn to also follow directions or ask for...
