As a disabled veteran, I expect professionalism, respect, and timely communication when seeking services—especially for something as important as my boat. Unfortunately, my experience with Boatworx was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I reached out for a repair quote and was met with delays, poor communication, and an overall lack of accountability.

For over a month, I called, emailed, and texted repeatedly—trying to get a simple quote. Despite my persistence, I never received one. Every attempt to follow up was either ignored or met with vague promises that led nowhere. I finally gave up after realizing Boatworx had no intention of treating my request with the urgency or respect it deserved.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If you're considering Boatworx for repairs, be aware that you may be left in the dark, chasing responses that never come. I expected better—and I sincerely hope they improve their communication and commitment to their clients...

BoatWorx of Cape Cod is a great company!! They do an excellent job with the winterization process of our boats over the years. The fact that they come to the drive way and do all the work in our yard while boat is on the trailer is so convenient and makes doing business with them great. We used them for years with our 21' center console boat and when we upgraded last year to a 23' walk about with more boat and features to winterize they were great. They take care of the live wells, water supplies, engine, shrink wrap it is a full service experience. I also have many friends locally that use them and all have the same high opinion of their work. I cannot recommend these folks more highly, and I have had power boats every year since 1997. They are literally half the price of Pier 37 where I used to get my boat serviced and the quality is much higher. Misha and Matt are just responsive, customer-focused and prompt. Their mechanics are terrific. They certainly know my Yamaha 150 inside out and Yamaha is the most popular outboard by far around these parts. The fact that they come right to your boat is just beyond convenience.I usually don't gush so much about customer service, mainly because good service is so rare these days.
