I had a friend send me a western union money transfer and drove 30minutes to get to them. They have signs all over outside advertising they do them and western union says they do. Their employees and system aren't at all equipped or available to properly facilitate a simple western union for a recieving customer. Not only did I get an attitude and asked to wait while he continually helped other customers but then instructed to download app which was 100% unnecessary. Something needs to be done about this as their system wasn't working properly and they somehow have no way of inputting the information by tracking number or pin. 4 times trying to get help and they acted like I was a nuisance terrible hospitality and customer service for a service you know nothing about.
