My Experience with Shop
At first, I had a good impression of this shop, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very different. I went there to have my coolant tank replaced, and they completed the job. However, shortly after leaving the shop and driving for about two hours, I noticed my coolant level was dropping rapidly.
I refilled the coolant, but within just 10 minutes, the warning signals on my dashboard appeared again, indicating low coolant. I refilled it once more and decided to inspect the issue myself. Upon inspection, I discovered that the coolant plug at the bottom of the radiator was damaged and leaking. I tried to adjust it, but it was impossible to stop the leak.
Thankfully, I had about eight gallons of coolant with me, which saved me multiple times. However, my situation became dangerous when I was near the border of Montana and North Dakota, where temperatures were as low as -24°F. At that point, I had no phone signal and was genuinely scared for my life. By what I can only describe as a miracle, I managed to make it to another shop.
Unfortunately, because of the damage caused to the coolant plug by Shop , the next shop was unable to reseal it. I was forced to replace the entire radiator, which cost me $3,700. When I returned to address the issue, Justin shop manager refused to reimburse me for their mistake.
This situation was not only frustrating but also put my safety at risk and caused me significant financial loss. To everyone considering this shop, I urge you to be cautious. Always inspect your vehicle thoroughly after any work is done, as first impressions may not always reflect the quality of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI never wrote a negative review on anyone or any business before, but I have to today. Stay away from this Freightliner dealer, if you need repairs done. They had my truck because the transmission was acting up. At first, they told me it was couple of harnesses and damaged wiring, which they did fixed it, I highly doubt it but only God knows what they did. Anyways, I came to get my truck from them and drove away and I didnāt even reached to that 32nd Ave light, the problem which I initially came to get fix still exists. I returned to the shop and told them the issues still there to be taken care of. I explained to them over and over again. I showed them videos of the issues that the truck is having. They just seem to throw parts in and playing that guessing game and hope for the best. Two things happened here; wasted my time and money, and I didnāt get anything out of it. If I am going to spend that kind of money, I would at least hope for them to fix the issues. Case closed! I am completely disappointed with them, a completely disappointing experience. They only care about their pocket; understandable but take care of the customers need and want and earn rightfully. The parts department crew rocks though. My buddies Ben and Brad, you stay being awesome and cool. Thanks for all you do. much...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk, these guys at Fargo Freightliner need to learn that any proper breakdown must automatically provide the customer with a minimum of 3 days of down time. But, no!! Not here. Every time I bring my truck in here for warranty work, all ready to shlunk off to some local hotel for 3 to 7 days, I am mightily disappointed to learn that my truck will be ready to roll within 24 hours, and usually on the same day. This is simply unacceptable! And in addition, they are so inconsiderately thorough that I don't even get the added joy of a subsequent breakdown with an additional extended down time in some other equally exotic locale. The nerve, the unmitigated gall! Hmpf!! LOL, THANKS, GUYS, YOU'RE AWESOME!!! Best Freightliner shop I've ever been to,...
