.For you to tell frankly two major lies shame on you,First “ I am A customer.!” You overcharged me🥹I would never take 30 min extra out of my sick day being A teacher I conduct myself always in a respectable manner you should try the same I continuously had to ask you to Please listen & Stop yelling.If you conducted your business honestly I would never care about 2$ I usually leave that as a tip! it’s the principle mam! You,God& myself know the truth.Of course your going to lie.!I’ve never ever seen reviews with excuses after every one.AnD i have no voice tooo yell I couldn’t speak one word over your screaming god sees your ugly mam…. You Said your prices went up 3 mo ago I then said No they have not … & for being a certain religion you tell many a lies.Thank god I recorded the entire conversation as well as do you not see my pictures .???????? I posted whaT you charged me,i posted what the price of my meal Has always been, Then current receipt,you tried saying fried rice is extra 50c and I’ve never paid extra it even states fried rice or plain fried rice So 8 pieces of old chicken that I’ve seen in your warmer that’s why I come in 99.99% of time & always request fresh also what’s the 1$ for?? Do right by your valuable customers you’ve lost too Many allready sadly,your business is in shambles.You could care more what you lie about to save your rear end. I am taking this to every platform & continue to read —-I have been a long customer of Great Wall atleast 18/20 years & I DID NOT COME IN or I wouldn’t have paid that price period my poor mother did.I was just in two weeks ago myself always order same thing R2 which is 11.99 with fried rice,Also side of no meat fried rice 4.99 as well as Pork wontons 7.99$ very high prices but I have dealed with it.,Until today!!I was sick so order for pick up was overcharged its 11.99 I accidentally put 11.69 You get choice of plain or fried rice NO EXTRA CHARGE, she tried after a few screaming lies saying prices went up 3mo ago NOPE I HAVE 6 mo worth of receipts As well As another 1$ for gosh knows what she kept screaming e-mail the receipt NOoo I did not !!!then screamed at me a million different lies how dare you say I yelled at you.I couldn’t talk over your loud mouth be honest lady on god above I will be calling the CPA The BBB posting on all my platforms & I have thousands of followers.!and if you think that’s not a notch off your belt ohhh it is…Had I paid by debit I’d stop charge but sadly I did not pick it up for first time,the screaming saying prices went up Saying she never charged me a 1$ I was only given one sweet & Sour I should have gotten atleast 2my goodness I paid 1$ a piece for 8 wontons with no sweet & Sour.Frankly I’ve read the reviews always have tread lightly with you because of your demeanor.Also 10 to 12 pieces of chicken are always in my combo plate who would paid 12.50 for 8 pieces of chicken & plain white rice that doesn’t even make sense now it’s 8 ? All she does is make excuses her temper is scary.!when I started ordering the combination plate a year ago because you stopped using correct containers I asked how many pieces come in your combination plate…It’s the screaming at me 🙏🏽& many other reviews show the same…bless her heart mind you I barely had a voice having pneumonia,she just kept asking for my name & frankly you can have a business 80 years your service is trash now with you upfront…Period !!!& your food isn’t the same you should have reimbursed me Shame on you if I was your husband you are to blame for loss of business frankly . I spend over 100$ a mo atleast ! I will never give my money to this low end establishment your better off going to snap dragon or Giant panda wonderful food & great service trust me.Also it’s her husband that’s kept this business afloatt sadly I see it closing in next two years at...

I almost never write reviews, I've written reviews on other restaurants raving about how great it was but thats about it. However, I feel compelled to warn people about this place. How it's still on business and got 3.9 google reviews is beyond my understanding. This is NOT AT ALL what a decent food is. It deserves absolute zero review.

First off, it's cash only and you bus your own table and so they never have to provide customer service other than take your money and bring the food. Upon ordering, I asked the lady what "Hunan beef" was and she said beef with vegetables, spicy, so that sounded good to me and ordered it for $8.69. What came to my table was beef with vegetables with a generous coating of oil. The food was literally cooked in chili oil! So everything was coated in oil and on the bottom of my plate was maybe 3 tbsp of oil...thats disgusting. My brother ordered "Combination Chow mein" for $10.99 and the woman in the counter asked if i wanted that with crispy noodles or soft noodles, I said crispy. What came to the table was a plate of veggies with chicken shrimp and beef only and a SMALL PLASTIC BAG OF NOODLE CHIPS. How is this even okay? It boggles me. Crispy chow mein is fried noodles on top of fresh veggies and meat. We returned it as it was just offensive. At the end, we asked for a refund for the chow mein and the woman argued that they're not giving us a refund and we should've checked their website first and that she asked earlier if we wanted crispy noodles and we said yes so that's what she gave. She spent 3 minutes arguing about the same thing. So in total, I spent $21 to bus my own table, eat 1/4 of my non-edible oil covered meal and...yup, thats it.

Worth mentioning: in the women's, washroom, theres a folding bed with pillow, a bunch of books, a music stand and shoes. Nope, not kidding. SOMEONE IS LIVING AND SLEEPING IN THE WASHROOM! There was also some sort of office going on in one of the boots.

Disgusting. Extremely unprofessional. Unhygienic. Really, just honestly nasty. Please, don't waste your money...

Horrible customer service. Horrible food. Never again. I was getting juice and in mid pour she cut the machine off as if i was trying to steal juice. They forgot to charge me for it. I ordered crab cheese rangoons and when i told them there are no crab meat inside they just told me that it was when it clearly wasn't. I also ordered shrimp in lobster sauce and got some bland chicken soup with shrimp thrown in it. When i asked if i could change my order he had an attitude and said "he been open for 26 years", like that matters if your food is disgusting. After talking a while he let me order the sweet n sour shrimp which was cheaper but they didnt give me any money back and had more bread than shrimp. Turns out they cut the shrimp in half. This place is a rip off.Smh THE WORST chinese food in history. Not to mention the fried rice is nothing but white rice with carrots and peas. If you want good chinese food DON'T go here.

Update: Wow, they are liars too people. I had to pay for my drink not to mention the cup had some black stuff in it, and yøu didn't tell me that what was suposed to be lobster sauce, had chicken, peas, and carrots in it, like traditional chicken soup. You have proved once again how poor your customer service is trying to argue with me over MY experience at your establishment. And i wasn't going to tell these people how you were staring me down with a grin like i did something to you. It made me and my family VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. If i don't like your food thats noones fault but your own, you were not honest about the ingredients. I don't have to say anything else you have proved how unprofessional you are with your previous response....
