FYI, the auction and the sales may be really good but DO NOT ask them to bid on estate belongings. They came out and evaluated an entire house full of items: a grandfather clock, a Bassett bedroom suite, antique sewing machine, antique trunks, antique dressers, all of the stoneware from the kitchen, dehumidifier, antique armoire, and bed frame, garden tools, and miscellaneous knickknacks, computer printers, regular bed frame, and shelving, all of the items in good to excellent condition. When they gave me a price, I agreed to it. There was also another person with me that heard the same price. I was stupid though and didn’t get it in writing. The day of pick up they came out and wrote the check. The amount that they gave for all of that was $925. I can promise with those items I would have never agreed to anything in the hundreds of dollars. Woody did at one point offer to walk away, but I contacted the beneficiary who just wanted the items out of the house so we could be done. I’m still very bitter and embarrassed that I allowed this to happen. There’s nothing I can do now and I will take my part of the responsibility, but few people can look at the items and that price and believe that that was fair. If we were paying for the labor of emptying the house, they received a lot of money for it. So if anyone sees any of those items, you’ve got a good idea where it came from and how much they paid for it. Right now I’m just putting the word out to everybody. I know since there’s nothing...

I'm a buyer from one of Lori's online auctions. Online auctions as a whole are often a roll of the dice; but my experience with Lori was A+. Her online listings were well-organized and the photos showed me everything I needed to know about the item. I actually called her with a shipping question and she returned my call promptly, answered my question thoroughly and was very pleasant the whole time. I felt bad about interrupting her day when she had a large auction going on but she made me feel like her most important customer !
