had a garage motor installed few months ago by this company, and I must say I’m thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. the motor was still noisy and unreliable kept giving me an error signal because it was not installed properly
When I called to complain about the problem and request a fix, the customer service was shockingly bad. It took forever to get someone on the phone, and when I finally did, they were rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand the issue and they told me will come and look at it when we’re in the area Is been almost three months no one called or showed up finally I called someone else to come I took care of it.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. A company should stand by its work and strive to make things right for the customer. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I've spoken with a handful of different employees at Delet and all have been so professional, very patient with my many questions and thoroughly explaining the answers in a calm and understanding manner.
Their pricing is so competitive -- far better than the company I used previously. Unfortunately, it's easy for garage door companies to take advantage of clients -- bc when you can't get your car out of the garage, you're in a bit of a desperate, time sensitive situation. Delet is honest and trustworthy and you need not worry of any price gouging from them. And they act quickly!
I wish I know about Delet before I overpaid with past company -- but now they are my go-to garage door company....
