This place would NOT have any ratings if it was up to me. The manager Bob is very prejudice and racist wrapped in one. Sad to say. My husband and I have frequent quite a bit. But it seems like every time we go into this establishment there’s a problem with the Bob guy. Ever since my husband requested extra Turkey instead of ham on his club/bronco sandwich, it’s been some sort of hate from Bob, no lie. After Bob told us that there were no substitutions we were okay with that. We just ask that there’s no bacon on our sandwiches. Cool. Now when we go in this place, we sit, chill, put money in the music box, laugh amongst one another, order drinks, food,etc. Eat, drink and pay bill PLUS tip, ALWAYS. Now for this Bob guy….. there is seriously something against us. We have never done anything to him but treat him with respect. We speak, he hardly speaks back and that’s okay…. We’re ordering our food and beverages through the waitress. This particular evening question….. was the worst. There was a newbie name Amy and she was nice. Then there was Bob that came from the back to make food orders. He didn’t even look our way. As much as we come in there it would seem like he would give a quick hello but everyone is not friendly, understandable. My husband spoke to him instead and Bob was irritated from that kind gesture. Moving to the main topic….. once we saw and felt how we were being treated, we decided it was time to go. We asked for our bill and when it came we were over charged. Amy couldn’t explain why so we asked for management. BOB was hesitant to come out and speak with us for some strange reason. But when he did, the approach from him was very aggressive and made me uncomfortable. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I have audio and pictures to give a brief description of what transpired. What bartender do you know charges for a Long Island that way!!!!!! I travel and go to different bars that’s waaaaay better than this place. I liked this place prior to this visit. I will never disturb my peace or happiness and spend my money at this place. I have audio too but I’ll post that...

No stars on the rude service from Gio and Bob. I’ve been coming here for a while and even applied for a job here and today was the day when I realized how racist the manager Bob is and the waitress Gio had a attitude from the moment we walked in the door. She refused to service us unless we had drinks in front of us in order to order food. We gave her a drink order and she was hostile saying she didn't have to service us. We asked for the manager and Bob came out with an attitude. We understand and respect the rules but what you not gone do is disrespect us and be rude. I’m patronizing the business. A business in which you work at and expect to be paid from. She was rude the entire time. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. She was not messing with us. Didn’t even cash us out at the end of her shift while she cashed out everyone else. I watched Bob count her draw and didn’t even ask her to cash us out. I watched her cash everyone else out but us. Racist establishment, shocking as it’s owned by a black man. I’d give one star if I could! I was greeted with an attitude by a racist waitress who said her name is Gio. My friend asked me what the girls problem was because even she noticed her terrible attitude as soon as we sat down. I used to come here at night and play pool and thought it’d be fine to come by in the day after having my wallet stolen. I gave her my state issued Michigan GCB license and she makes a scene about it. It had all the required information needed and she refused to serve me. She said that even if I had my drivers license she wouldn’t serve me regardless. Then the drunk men at the bar top seats all chime in and start talking about how it’s illegal to go to a bar or walk down the street without a drivers license. Incorrect. It’s pretty shocking seeing that both the bartenders were rude and making up nonsense because they’ve never seen a MGCB license before. Sounds like a person problem! If you’ve never seen a passport before does that mean you turn down everyone...
