My husband and I had our wedding here in June. The venue was absolutely beautiful and is perfect for a wedding of approximately 100 people (up to 130 if you want to squeeze). The house has a romantic elegance about it, which creates an amazing setting for stunning photographs. Not to mention that the price for the venue cannot be beat (especially when comparing the other venues I was looking at in the area when planning). Plus, it comes with a wedding coordinator named Missy free of charge! She really helps you put your vision together as you plan and will keep the day of your wedding running smoothly. You are required to go with the catering company that is partnered with the venue (The Gourmet Express). However, we are so glad that this was a feature of this venue since it took a lot of stress away from the planning. And the best part is that the food is delicious!! All of our guests loved what they ate (we went with the buffet option and it worked out great). I can't say enough good things about this venue and I couldn't have imagined a better one for...
Read moreI fell in love woth this place the moment i walked through the doors. My fiance and i are planning on booking with longacre for our ceremony and reception for summer 2020. If you're having a smaller/intimate wedding this place is perfect. Its not huge like other venues so having 50 guests doesnt look weird in a huge banquet room. The surrounding grounds are beautiful. The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful. This place is very well kept up and super friendly staff. Their catering partner gourmet express is wonderful as well. Everyone is very informative and can answer any and all questions you have. Its a vintage/historic building and the decor inside is just as stunning as the bones of the place as well.. I love love love the bridal room. Its very affordable and they work well with you to customize to your...
Read moreJust attended a wedding shower at Longacre House and was highly impressed. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, parking is easy. The natural light flowing through the windows was welcome and inviting. What blew me away was the attentiveness of their caterer. Normally I feel like an inconvenience to folks as I have a dairy and gluten sensitivity. She walked me to the buffet, explained that I could have all the sides as they were cooked in olive oil, not butter, and made me a special main course as the buffet main course had gluten and dairy. All of this information was offered freely without my inquiry (other than the host notifying them of my needs). Everything was delicious and my tummy is happy too! I felt so welcomed and...
