I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. We came in with a bridal party. a 10 top table, with reservations for 5 pm. we all were there by 515 pm. They didn't come around to take our order until after 6 pm. Then after 630 they brought out the bill all on one ticket. They never asked if we were paying all together or on separate checks. I ordered a burger with specific toppings, I got the toppings but I didn't find any burger in the meal at all.
Then it took them over 45 minutes to figure out the bill. We had reservations at another place for 7 pm and we were there until 720 pm waiting for them to straighten out the bill. One lady in the party (the groom's aunt) ended up paying for at least about 5 people of the party, that she wasn't supposed to. But by then, we were so late for our next reservation. When a big party like this comes in, the waiter should ask if this is all together on one bill or individual checks. The manager, kept saying that they were sorry and tried giving us free appetizers on our next visit. NEXT VISIT!!! Ha what a joke. No one in our party has any desire to return to this establishment. If you can't get the orders correct and can't get the bills straight. The Groom's aunt refused to give a tip on a bill for over $85 for people that she wasn't supposed to be paying for.
When you are training a new employee, you should teach them that if there is a large party like a 10 top with reservations, you should ask how the bill is being paid. I for one will NEVER come back to this establishment. Since my daughter is in the restaurant service business, I do know the lingo, and know that you should know find out who paying the bill. All I can say is I am still shaking my head and angry about the entire evening that was spoiled, because of this fiasco. A day for the bride that should be a very happy occasion, was spoiled because of some idiot that should be in knowledgeable of how to care for a large group. Again, I will NEVER return to this place to eat. I will tell you if you have a great place people will talk good about a good place of business. But if you have bad service like we did I will assure you for 10 people to repeat this story 10 fold, that is 100 times of hearing of bad service. I usually do not give poor reviews, I just try to get over it, but it is now 6+ hours after trying to pay our bill and I am still fuming about it. As for the waiter, I honestly hope he NEVER comes to my place of employment, I am also in the service industry, and he will find out how bad it can be with poor service, because he will get poor service from me too. I am so upset right now I can't get to sleep, so I am writing this review. GRRRRR
If the manager would like to contact any of us that was at this event, he better have a better offer than a free appetizer coupon that was for only up to a maximum cost of $7.00. Come on, that is just a slap...

The service was mid. The hostess didn’t address the party initially for about 5 minutes. We complete understanding things were a bit hectic. Meanwhile after addressing our party and a two other groups the hostess begins to loudly explain that there are several groups that have paid but she was unable to give us their tables because they were still talking. After saying that three groups began to leave.
Once being seated a member of my group asked about the Sunday special of $3 domestic beer deal. The server initially seemed surprised and unsure. Once seeing the menu he confirmed that is indeed the deal of the night. When the member of our party inquired what beers applied in the deal. The server flipped the menu over to share the bottled domestic and imported beers. The server went away and returned. The same member of our party inquired if Corona applied. The server said it should be covered and left with our drink order and our completed sheets. On our sheet we requested half onion rings and full fries as sides. Drinks came all is good. Food came and we were given half fries and totes. I apologized for the misunderstanding and shared we requested onion rings not totes. They were fine and brought out onion rings. My husband asked for a second beer and never received it which was fine no biggy. While dinning we over heard the hostess speaking poorly about white men to a table near us. Another table over heard, my husband who is white over heard, the other male in my party over heard making us all feel really uncomfortable. We didn’t let it bother us. The food was amazing. When the checks came our bills were incorrect so we asked for them to be corrected. The checks came back incorrect a second time again asked for them to be corrected. At this point my husband and I didn’t care anymore we were ready to go home. The other party we were with still had an incorrect bill. They charged them more than the $3 deal. The server began to get frustrated with us saying we didn’t order a beverage applicable to the deal. We contested saying the deal wasn’t properly explained we and while ordering we attempted to confirm. The server walked away with no explanation. The manager came to the table with an unpleasant attitude explaining that he will give it to us this time but next time essential don’t pull this shit. When trying to explain our side of the story he wasn’t interested essentially alluding to we got what we wanted now move on. We paid.

Disappointed with my last visit, placed a pick up order at this location; cook order was off: medium well not medium rare, no extra chipotle mayo, soggy/soft tater tots ... Still a great location but hoping that the orders are placed as is if the order is to go per covid restrictions...
Again, my order was placed, incorrect preparation. Missing 1/4 of the order. The rest of the food was looking great, but the messed up order put a dent in our date night. I calmly explained the issue and concern to "Dom" and requested that the order just be remade and the food can be exchanged so that it will all be fresh to be eaten together. Since the second order of food was made fresh and tasted amazing, I have adjusted my review back to 5 stars as they are willing to make right by the customer when mistakes are made. Note: Dom was amazingly nice and made sure everything was correct. A female coworker who originally answered the phone was rude about speaking to a manager because it was a "dinner rush" and was observed being rude to another customer waiting for a pick up order... She should realize that an online order with tip does not receive the customer service they tip for/should be grateful... Overall: Dom seems to be an ideal candidate for promotion towards management!
