The lack of customer service over the phone for a return issue on a suit rental was overshadowed only by the lack of customer service in-person at this establishment. The suit worked well, minus a defect in the stitching in one of the legs that opened into a small hole during wear. The staff was demeaning and appeared more interested in making a quick buck off their customers than in resolving a return dispute. Service of this quality is a reason why customers sometimes choose large corporations over local businesses.
