Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Farmington

Edit 10/27/2023 I go here 2-4 times a week. I want to change my review, explicitly pertaining to service from "Debbie." Every interaction I've had with her has been negative. She is rude and unpleasant. I can only assume she's a manager or leader of some sort because she is never on the receipt as the cashier, so I would imagine she's covering breaks or something and I never get an opportunity to respond to the questionnaire on the receipt pertaining to Debbie. Most of the time I see her, she's not actually working, but sitting in her car by the drive through, scowling at everyone and chain smoking cigarettes. But on the occasion that I have to interact with her, she makes me not want to come back. This person is a terrible representation of KFC/Taco Bell. It must be horrible to work WITH her, especially considering the professional, pleasant, quality staff I interact with regularly. I can think of three or four by name who are always fantastic. Not nasty Debbie.

Very disappointed.When we approached the door there was a very large soapy puddle in front of it. The floor in between the 2 sets of doors was sopping wet & soapy as well as dangeroulsy slippery. As soon as we walked into the business the floor was one big soapy puddle from the lack of training for the associate on how to mop a floor correctly. No caution cones were placed & the mop bucket still in the middle of the floor unattended.None of the associates even made a point to warn us about the slippery wet floor. My friends ordered their food, then was my turn to order and the associate walked off, I had to loudly(not rudely) speak up & say "Can I place my order too?" And he made a face & acted as if it was such an inconvenience that he had to do his job hes getting paid to do. The food wasnt good, not like it used to be. It was stale, cold & had very little taste. 3.5/5 This place looks significantly nicer than it did when I went in a long time ago, so that's good. The cashier was really pushing the whole survey thing on the recepit, but I shouldn't expect anything less I suppose. As far as food goes, it was certainly better than the kfc I got. I ordered a T10 which came with 3 tacos. I got a hard shell, a hard shell with a pancake thing around it, and one with just the pancake thing. They were just like an average taco but I got to choose between chicken, beef, and steak. So it came with my choice of meat. Lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheese. It was pretty good but the T10 which came with a large soda was roughly $8.50, but it did cost a bit extra to make my tacos "supreme" but for $8.50 you could go out and buy the ingredients and make your own taco so you pay out the nose for convenience.
