I switched over to Verizon from another Carrier and they set me up with a Samsung S25 which was defective. In the process of trying to get a new phone I dealt with mass ignorance on the company's part of how operations run between their facilities. I had horrible cellphone service and connection with more dropped calls then completed calls. And this particular location does not seem to have the proper training or know how to assist its customers as Verizon customers. Heads up this store cannot assist you outside of getting you a phone and returning the phone. Anything else you're gonna have to go to another Verizon facility or customercare which they had failed to tell me, giving me over a two hundred mile run around. I found the customer care and cellphone service that meets my needs at t mobile and if you choose to go with verizon I highly suggest choosing a different verizon facility. The verizon flagships stores seem to be better equipped to assist its customers. This particular location made me want to go another year without a cell phone, horrible...

I was lead to believe that trading in my phone would take 800 dollars off the balance off the new phone. Sounded great to me, only owing 400 bucks on a 1200 phone. The salesman was explicit, "You'll only owe 400 dollars, you can pay that off and your phone bill will be nice and cheap and you'll have a brand new phone." I took the bait and signed up. He told me it would take a couple months for that to appear on my account, no problem. I even swallowed a $175 bill for the first month, expecting to be getting a good deal. Fast forward a few months, and my balance is still over 1000 on the new phone. I chat with Verizon directly and they tell me, no you get MONTHLY credits, and if you pay your phone off early, you lose all credits for you trade-in, go pound sand. I'm both livid and ashamed for being so easily duped. Do yourself a favor and read the small-print, this is both a store and a carrier that takes full advantage of it. I...
Read moreI went into the Farmington branch to see if they would help activating my replacement device, and the woman working there told me that they couldn't do anything for me, and that I would have to do it myself. I then called the Verizon in Mexico Maine and they said that they would be more than happy to help me activate my phone, and that it was there due diligence to help assist customers in such situations. Unfortunately I'll be spending what I think to be unnecessary gas money to have something done that the Farmington branch could have easily helped with... Thursday February 6th 2020 at around ten p.m. was the date and time at which I attempted to seek help at the...
