I visited Healing Hands Farragut massage today, and Andrew was my massage therapist. His massage was incredible, with therapeutic effects. In just one hour, he managed to deeply relax the tense muscles in my shoulders, neck, waist, hips, thighs, and calves. He was very professional and attentive, constantly checking the pressure and ensuring my comfort. I'm truly grateful for Andrew's service, and I will definitely be coming back. The ambiance at Healing Hands is incredibly relaxing, with soothing music, soft lighting, and a pleasant aroma filling the air. It's truly a perfect place for relaxation. I feel like I've found my home for therapy and relaxation. Thank you, Andrew, and Healing Hands, for providing such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a therapeutic and calming massage

I came here with my fiancĆ© on Valentine’s Day. We booked the couples massage valentines package and it did not disappoint! We were greeted by our two masseuses, the massage beds were separated in each corner of the room which gave us some space and peace while still being in the same room. We were treated to some chocolates and champagne which was nice. The massage package included a full body massage included scalp & foot massage which I loved. We also had hand and feet masks during the massage. The masseuses did a great job asking what areas we wanted them to work on most, asked about sensitivities etc. (just do not plan anything after the massage because you will leave there kinda greasy lol) overall great massage!!! I would recommend šŸ™‚

I didn't have a good experience. I booked this massage months in advance. My masseuse was nice enough, but the massage was terrible. It HURT. I asked a few times for less pressure but the therapist seemed naturally heavy handed. I booked the relaxing massage but it was anything but. I left with bruises from where the therapist dug her fingers into my skin. There was also the scratching of her nails and the fact that my massage started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. Not a great experience UPDATE: The spa reached out to me and offered me 50% off of another massage and 2 free ad ons. They haven't sent me anything in writing and I haven't re-booked.

I really hate to leave bad reviews and tried to let the manger make this right, but they chose a poor resolution. So I was led to do this and feel it’s appropriate. I had a horrible experience with a female therapist. So much so I asked her to leave the room and stop about 30mins into the session. This was all after careful communication both before the session of what I needed and wanted focused on, then again during the first part of the session when she was literally doing the opposite, then asking her to stop/change/what I wished for instead. Finally telling her to stop and just leave because I was upset and felt I was laying on a table for no reason and just wasting time. I told her: I’d rather my hands and arms not be massaged. If she had time after my back and shoulders she could massage my feet. She did my hands first thing (literally 5 mins of just my hands and arms) My left side was injured and bruised and to not rub it (reminded her during also) She literally rubbed HOT hard stones on it anyway. She burned me with the hot towels and stones. Twice. And didn’t think to just STOP and not do it at all. She barely gave pressure on my back and shoulders. It felt like a toddler was massaging my back or something. Small circle strokes and the same thing over and over making me anxious. Just lying there - hoping she’d move on or actually massage my back, not whatever the barely touching thing was? I told her twice that I wanted my shoulders, mid back and right hip. That was it. She kept asking me ā€œhow to use the timeā€ and acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. I’ve had dozens of massages before and know there is some sort of process and flow to this and she should know how to massage the body in such a way for therapeutic and relaxation purposes. She was rubbing my spine, not muscles. Literally what the heck.

I was stressed, uncomfortable and angry. My time and money wasted. Yes, money. I still was made to pay for half the session ($70) and walk away with nothing but tension. I was offered ā€œvouchersā€ for add ons for next service. The ā€œenhancementsā€ mentioned were hot towels, hot stones, and aromatherapy. All of which were used to begin with and included in this massage so yeah, nothing enhanced about that.

This place charges more than most and their services and therapists should reflect that.

I really feel this therapist should not have been given a license to begin with. I don’t say any of this lightly.

The other therapist we used was fine. Enough where I might consider going back to try a male therapist. But there are so many other places around- I’m sure I can find better. I work hard for my money and haven’t had a massage in a while and was very...

I went there on my birthday, which was Valentine’s Day. I had an amazing time then that was February 14 you then I rescheduled for February 24 and we had to cancel due to my father-in-law passing away and we had to go to Jersey no issues then they rescheduled us a month later I proceeded to call them on a Saturday now remind you my appointments that following Tuesday, I called them on Saturday. Told them we would have to reschedule at a later time that I would call them when I get back from Jersey cause I don’t know how long I’m gonna be here regardless to say I just got charged $300 on April 8 When I wasn’t even in town and I already made the phone call to reschedule at a later time well I called yesterday spoke to a woman who said Mika or Micka was the salon manager and that she would call me back that was at 10:30 in the morning waited all day call back at five. No answer kept proceeding to get voicemail. I’ve called all morning since 10 o’clock this morning and still getting voicemail. I know they’re open because my husband called them from another phone number at his job and they picked up. Do not go to these people. They are a scam. They will scam you and scam and scam they didn’t even charge me once they charge me twice on April 8 call to proceed to get this fixed. They told me the manager would call me back. Still haven’t got a phone call so now I am calling my bank and putting a fraud charge on them cause I did not give them permission to charge my card and I will never be coming back again. I will not waste another...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting healing hands, and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I left feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. A huge thank you to David, my massage therapist, for his incredible skill and intuitive touch. David has a true gift for understanding exactly what your body needs. His technique was both firm and soothing, targeting all the right areas of tension. I’ve had massages before, but David’s expertise stands out, he truly goes above and beyond to ensure you feel your best. His professionalism and calming presence made the session even more enjoyable. Thank you, David, for such a transformative experience! I also want to give a special shoutout to the young man at the front desk. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness made the appointment making, check-in process seamless and welcoming. He was kind, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. It’s clear that the team at healing hands genuinely cares about their clients’ well-being. Overall, Healing Hands is a gem of a place, and I will absolutely be returning. If you’re looking for a top-notch massage experience with a team that treats you like family, this is the place to go. Thank you again, David and the front desk team, for an unforgettable...
