Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tennessee

Not only they overcharged me and would not do anything about it when I spoke to the manager. But they gave me the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’m a huge Papa John’s fan and this crust is not Papa John’s! I showed the manager, Brandon, the pictures and he could care less, he said all they could do is some type of Satisfaction guarantee. This pizza tasted awful. Hardly anyone ate it and I saved none of it because the crust was terrible. It was all very thin and had holes all over it when I asked for original. All the ingredients seemed piled in one area for the works pizza and it just tasted awful! This will be the last time I go to Papa John’s, which is unfortunate because it’s my favorite pizza place was! Terrible service, terrible...

I usually don't give bad reviews because I understand people have their moments. I have dealt with many bad customers myself at my job and I still try to deal with it as positive as possible. I saw a deal online and when I tried using the same deal by phone, they denied it. The deal was for delivery because it specifically said it for this location. I don't accuse anyone until I know the whole facts. I still apologized and said thank you for their misunderstanding and they only responded with "okay." I gave the delivery guy about $5 tip and said Thank You because I felt bad on their mistake. He said "okay". Like I said, I NEVER give bad ratings no matter how bad food can be. I work at a hotel and ordered a pizza from the Farragut location online. I didn't know that if you were using the Papa Johns cards you had to call in the order. When the balding blonde guy with white gauges in his ears brought the pizza, he was anything but pleasant. He told me that next time I order, to call and I just smiled and said, "Okay! Thank you!" I was reaching for a tip as he walked away, rolled his eyes, and said loudly "What and IDIOT!". My supervisor, who orders from them 2-3 times a week, was in the lobby, along with a guest.
