Could have died !! was treated by Jessica & Sherl in Nov and Dec of 2023 Both of these PA,s are no longer there and have quit . I was treated for urine Trac infection and blood in my urine Jessica gave me shots and antibiotics in Nov and Dec she allways acts to busy and in ae hurry then in Dec I had to see Sherl and she gave me different antibiotics and Said Jessica had given me wrong antibiotics, 2 days after last visit to this facility I ended up in ER in Lubbock with blocked tunes from kidney stones, urologist said I was critical and a 10/10 they did 2 emergency Surgeries and I spent 7 days over Christmas in hospital I had to have 5 Surgeries and had $125 k in medical bills . The doctors in Lubbock said this should have been caught early and would not have got this bad .They should have sent me for x-rays and ct scan but there allways in a hurry to get you out of office at FFHC I fill there setup to do weight loss and beauty care more than medical. They really need a Dr on staff. At this point I'm turning it over to my Lawyer ! I gave them a chance to...

Been going there for hormone replacement therapy for several years. Needed to get my bp meds refilled and walmart has called it in 3 times over the last month with no reply back. So I called to see why and was told my provider no longer worked there and thats why it never got refilled. No notice, no phone call letting me know why it wasn't taken care of. Well now Im out of BP meds and was told it would be a month before I could get in !! That is totally unacceptable. So much for being a loyal patient who drove 60 miles everytime I needed to be seen. Receptionist didnt care one bit and was basically just rude. Wont be going back ever and I will NOT recommend cause they could care less about their patients needs. All they care about is your money ! They better hope I dont have a stroke between now and whenever I can find a new doctor cause I will end up owning...

Dr. Simpson is pretty nice and the lady that takes your vitals is Super Nice but the blood taking lady is not very good at her job.... She sticks me 4-6 times and never gets enough blood and just says I need to drink more water (after 96 ounces). I got woozy last time and fell down and broke my phone after she told me I was good to go. Save your time, all they like to say is drink more water. But they got me into the Clovis ER quickly to save my life so they are pretty good on that front. But I changed primary care provider because because the first place I walked into was way more polite...
