Horrible experience. Was a member for years. One day I had my identity stolen, ATM card number included, and bank account cleaned out. I spoke with someone there and explained it. I thought I had suspended my membership so that I could get this all resolved. After a couple months, I got it all resolved and then went to reset my membership, only to find out that they're back-charging me for all months I didn't even use (even though I intentionally didn't go because I thought my membership was suspended!!). What a rip-off! I really thought they were a great gym and willing to help me by suspending my membership until I could get back on my feet from the horrible experience of having my identity stolen and bank account cleaned out. Meanwhile, they were just waiting to back-charge me the minute I gave them my newly-restored card. Now that I finally financially recovered, I get hit with all these charges for a membership I didn't use! I was actually excited about getting back there and being a member again. Dick move on their part. I've given this place hundreds of dollars, and would have continued to be a member for years. Now I will never use this gym or recommend it to...

I am still very new (joined 3 days ago) and have only been able to participate in 2 classes. So far, my experience has been great!

Valerie enrolled me on Sunday and was nothing but kind, welcoming and professional. She answered all of my questions and took me for a tour of the facility (without me having to ask). She was a great welcome to the gym.

My first class was the Reformer X Barre class on Monday with Stephanie. She was very welcoming and helped to get me set up for the class. When I came into the gym on Tuesday, she was at the front desk and remembered me from the day prior, which was such a great surprise!

I took the Powerhaus class on Tuesday with Ben and he is a great trainer. He recognized that I was a new face as soon as I joined and was sure to offer me support and assistance to get acquainted with the class. He checked on me periodically to ensure that myself and partner (she was new too) were doing okay and didn't have any questions.

Overall, its been nothing but a great experience and I am excited to try out all the other classes offered. I love the size of the gym and I love the class offerings. The trainers are professional, kind...

Full disclosure, I am a contract trainer at Clubhaus. That being said, I’m writing this review of my own volition and wasn’t given a thing to do so.

I love this place. I actually started here as a member - my job at the time being an actor for Theater Squared. I felt so welcome and encouraged - and I felt so great after my workouts - that it actually made me consider a career change. And here I am today, a trainer of 3 years at the place that threw me an occupational curveball. Stu Walker - owner - has done everything right to create a deep sense of community and involvement. The classes are innovative, the machines are state-of-the-art and, most importantly, the people are friendly. This is not your typical gym; this is a health club that expressed the genuine goal of improving people’s lives.

There is a reason they’ve been here 9 years and have 4.9 stars. But don’t take my word for it. Come try it out...
