Updated Review: In short, pretty good prices on vehicles at times, but dealer-centered staff and will say whatever to make a sale (which is typical of a car salesman, but some home town dealers do better). Definitely not as caring or customer focused as I previously thought. Some staff friendly and great, and some of the staff can be rude.
Purchased 2 vehicles through dealer and after second purchase, I probably won't consider this our preferred dealership anymore.
First purchase in 2023 we were blatantly lied to about the towing capacity of the vehicle being purchased. In part, Wagoneers were new at the time and the confusion was not unique to this dealership with all the varying engine models etc compared to towing capacity. I should have researched better, but even I was having a hard time finding accurate information. Research since the time of purchase yielded results that my vehicle was at half capacity of what they promised. It was not a passing conversation either, we had very serious talks on multiple occasions saying the only way we will pull the trigger is if this has been confirmed with stallantis that the towing capacity promised is true. So whether intentional or not, we got suckered.
A year and a half later, we collected more accurate research and determined that our towing capacity (which we greatly need) was half of what was promised. With presidents day sales, we were in the market to right the wrong of our first purchasing mistake with this dealership. They had a good deal on an upgrade that TRULY had the towing capacity needed. The good stops there. In complete contrast to our previous experience, the "small dealer", "small town" feeling was completely absent. Our salesperson was friendly and so was finance, but the rest of the experience was "hollow". Some of the staff encountered was even rude. Trade in value kind of sucked. No compromises, meet in the middle's, customer loyalty, or any sort of real 'care' over the sale was provided even though we had been completely wronged on our first purchase. To me, this seemed an opportunity to right the wrong and get back on a good customer-dealer relationship. Most people would have walked I'm sure, but we needed the functionality in towing that we were originally promised and it was the case that the new vehicle price did beat a lot of other dealers. So we acted on the purchase to get the vehicle we need, but I'm not sure we'll be back in the future.
*Ps: In an embarrassing note, some of their vehicles were completely dead on the lot, including the one we wanted to purchase (and it's not a cheap vehicle). What makes it worse is that between a Friday visit to a Monday attempted purchase, the issue was not resolved and the vehicle was STILL dead. If it were my place, I would have been mortified, apologetic, and immediately resolved the issue. Once they thought the sale was going to happen, they then took to remedying the issue. Another red flag, but we know these vehicles have battery problems and I do believe based on previous experience, that the service department will keep us up...

I wanted to get another van for my Delivery Service and they was nice at one point and stated that they check they vehicle by law for all safety concerns well Iām here to tell you that is a dam lie I ask him can he go check it again because I had a 4 1/2 drive and I didnāt want the van to stop on me in the middle of nowhere it was raining š§ļø hard but I got over heard so as I was driving on the highway 2 1/1 hours the Transmission line Broke in the middle of nowhere and on the highway where 18 wheelers with a to speed of 80 MPH throwing rain so I finally get to the side of the road safely thanks to an 18 wheeler š. I reached out to my sales person Jeff but I didnāt get no answer I get a text the next day saying he sorry donāt be mad at him he just the middle man at this point I donāt want to hear nun of that because you call me every day and even pick me up for my hotel room.This was a big tow bill and my van š is still down with a transmission issue.Then I speak with the management team Jason about this issue he really donāt want to help so he tell me he will reach out to his Boss and get back to me and never do and when I reach out to him he want pick up the phone when the call are being transferred to him.He will not return my phone call.So Iām hoping this will help someone else from going through this but we never do our reviews intill itās to late . But God donāt like ugly they took my hard earned money out of me and my family mouth.
And also the manger that act like he cares whoās always commenting up under every review that states to reach out to him directly and thatās what I did thinking š¤ he will do the right thing and guess what he didnāt and gonna have the nerve to say he sent me a email saying that if I buy the car and it brakes in half itās still mines now who do you know will send you emails knowing we donāt check every email š§ it must went to my junk mail because aināt no way I wouldāve paid $10.000 to have it stop on me in the rain š§ļø and away from home and on the side of the road but you called everyday about the vehicle but you say you sent a email instead of texting or calling so you know it was some B S involved they called me every day but after they got my money And left me stranded on the side of the road . Ā Ā Ā Read more12/13/24 - They had my Jeep for 5 weeks to replace 2 hoses and I was not given a loaner car, because they didnāt have one. I found out the day I picked up my vehicle ( 1/15/25 ) that one of the parts was a āback order partā after calling Chrysler Customer Service and thatās why it took so long. The dealership knew it was a āback order partā and didnāt tell me or give me any other option besides ordering the parts needed and waiting since they already had my jeep taken apart. I asked the manager when I arrived to pick up my Jeep why no one told me this was a back order part that usually takes a month to arrive and he said they didnāt think it would take that long. I told him that was unacceptable and terrible customer service in my opinion. This is the first time iāve had an issue with this dealership but after this experience, I doubt I will be doing business with them anymore.
1/22/25 - I left a review for carfax and the general manager Kevin Allison was quick to respond with his name, email and phone number. Iāve called and left multiple messages and sent multiple emails with no response from Mr. Allison. No response is a response, so I would steer clear of this dealership for any of your service needs.
2/8/25 - My husband changes my oil and we have now discovered they took off my skid plate and bolts from the undercarriage and did not put them back. I called and left a message for GM and Service Manager.
2/10/25 - GM nor Service Manager had retuned my call by 2pm so I called and asked to speak to one of them. I was sent to service manager and told him I was missing 2 skid plates and 8 bolts. He said he would check into it and call me back. He called back and apologized and asked me to bring it in, the parts were there. I left work early then sat in the lobby of the dealership for over an hour (only customer in the lobby). All the employees in the lobby were playing on their phones and I over heard 2 customer call backs and the employee telling said customers how swamped they were and they were gonna call them back earlier but just got free š
2/26/25 - husband gets under my jeep and the skid plates were NOT put back under my vehicle like the manager Gill stated they were. So I literally sat in the lobby for a freaking hour on 2/10/25 (and left work early because Gill said my skid plates were there) for them to BULLSHIT me. Gill and Kevin are both liars and I would steer clear of this dealership/service department!!!!
I will NEVER do business with this dealership again and I suggest you...
