Update to the update: Sonic said, "we will mail you a gift card.." It's been 2 weeks, nothing.. They don't care... Update: Sonic replied once more with an apology this time with a real one. All is good. Update: Sonic responded to this review by sending a link to their website customer service. This honestly made this whole situation worse. The address of where I was what Sonic is right here. I told them the story I posted here and said honestly it was no major big deal. They acted like oh well to extend our apology we want you to download our app and have this coupon for a free drink with any purchase... I'm like What? That's not an apology that's a coupon you have all the time and it would cost me more money 😳 you aren't giving me anything..😆 we went back and forth and I was like look I really don't care. I was posting my experience with your Sonic and it wasn't terrible or bad. But you know after this I think I am just going to McDonald's from now on or somewhere other than Sonic. Read moreI ordered throu the app on Saturday, the big dill pickle burger & 2 orders of dill pickles. The carhop handed me my bag then took off(with a $5 pretip even) without saying a word. When I opened my bag I just had my burger but no fried pickles, when I hit the button to let them know the lady immediately got extremely rude & started arguing with it sounds like a girl laughing in the background, who exact words were "We are out what do you expect me to do" like at least tell your customer don't take the money & run like thives. When I asked for a refund since I didn't get my items & my burger obviously doesn't have any since they are out , she flat out refused & said to call a 1800 #. I then asked for a different burger & with a side item she said sure then had another girl run out 4 not sticks for a replacement burger & 2 orders of pickles ..... Whoever the manager was on Saturday afternoon around 3pm dropped the ball. I never got my money back, or even a sorry just 4 sticks for 3 missing...
Read moreI grew up in LC so this was my home Sonic, and I never realized how good I have it. I live in HSV now, and haven’t found a Sonic this good in HSV. I am obsessed with their soft serve and just want a medium sized cup full of ice cream. Every time I’ve tried to order this at multiple Sonics in Huntsville, I’ve been met with confusion and ended up with a blast or one of the soft serve dishes. Those are smaller and not what I want, I know it’s so specific, but I just want the cup full of ice cream. Sunday, I tried for the first time to order this in Fayetteville, saying my usual “can I get a medium blast but I don’t want any candy. I just want the soft serve”, and the employee was not phased.
