First of all, I had a notification from Subway saying I can get buy one get one half off. When I entered the code it said it was unavailable at this location. Don't send me a code that I can't use! Then, they didn't start fixing my sandwiches until I got there. So, I sat at one of the tables and after she got out my bread, someone came in so she pushed mine aside and started fixing the next person's order. What's the point in having an app to place orders when you get treated last? It's like getting a reservation at a restaurant and then having to wait on everyone else that is there to get your table. Ive ate at Fayetteville Subway almost every week for several years now. Never had a problem. About a month ago the steak n cheese sandwich changed to hardly any meat at all. Ive watched them make it numerous of times with 2 scoops of meat for a 6inch, 3 scoops for a footlong, 4 scoops was deluxe. Suddenly thats changed. Now its 2 for a footlong. Or maybe 2, more like 1 1/2. NOW they say this is the "policy" and always has been, that 3 scoops is only deluxe. And charge you 11.00 for just a bread sandwich? Not today or ever again. My sister and I were here awhile back and didn't have good service. We just ate here July 26, 2025 and had the best experience! Food was fresh, tasted great. Made the way we asked even special requests. It was spotless and employees were steady cleaning the whole time we were there dining. I will definitely be back!
