From the moment we were introduced to Ben , the employee who showed us a variety of lift chairs , to the final sale and delivery, the process was seamless! The men were professional , knowledgeable and very accommodating . My father is so pleased with the purchase. The chair he chose is made in the USA. The functions are easy to use . My father is more relaxed and comfortable using his new chair. His confidence level has increased when sitting down and getting up .
