I would have given this a negative star rating if I could. I ordered flowers through FTD which used this company; that was my first mistake. I was not able to track my flowers nor did I get notification of delivery. My mother sent me a pictuure of the flowers. They do not look like what I ordered. The flower arrangement looks as if a person was learning to do this for the first time. I spent close to 100 for the flowers. My mom told me I should have gotten her flowers from costco or sprouts. Disappointing. On Tuesday I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her birthday on Wednesday. For some reason they were not delivered. I called Thursday morning and spoke with a gentleman who apologized and said they would send them by 1:00 that day. The flowers were left on her front porch around 3:30 and the bouquet she received looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. Different vase. Different flowers. Different colors. Different ribbons. Different everything.

Mixed feelings about this florist. My order for an anniversary bouquet through ForYouFlowers was sent to A Bundle of Love for fulfillment. My request for delivery prior to 1pm was honored and the bouquet was nice. The price was fair. However, the delivery person made little effort to let us know the flowers had arrived. She was about to set the vase down and take a picture of it when I opened the door. I called the florist during business hours. No answer and the voice mailbox had not been set up.
