I stopped in this cute little Chinese restaurant in downtown Ferris a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. They worked with me on creating a gluten-free dish by making my chicken with veggies dish with a white sauce instead of the traditional brown. The food is amazing! By far and away the best Chinese in Ellis county. And I absolutely adored the 2 little bay windows you can sit in and people watch. It was a lovely place to sit and eat a delicious Chinese meal and read a book.

Sure do wish yall would wear hairnets when you make food. Finding a hair as long as my forearm wrapped around a piece of Orange Chicken is not exactly worthy of a good rating. And anyone who is going to pretend like its mine, my hair is VERY not dark.

Sauces are put on the side if you order General Chicken, sweet and sour chicken, lemon chicken,etc. Flavors are a hit and miss. Fried rice entrees didn't have seasoning. It tasted like brown colored steam rice with your choice of meat. Chicken flavor is off as if marinade(batter) or oil is a bit unflavorable. But over all friendly folks. Try to cook your hot oil in fresh garlic, black beans(china) and little salt, simmer. It...

I don’t live in Ferris myself , but I visit family here. This is my second time purchasing this amazingly great tasting Chinese food. Hot large portions, clean restaurant and great prompt service. Their prices are also so reasonable plus they deliver in the area which is convenient for my mom who doesn’t get out.
