I would love to give them 5 stars, however, I am still waiting on a refund back into my account from January. Now I know there are signs all over that say all sales final, but they were not when this took place. I had made a purchase but bought the wrong item. I took it back the same night and the same cashier was there and OFFERED me a refund, but I was really wanting to exchange for the right item. She returned my items, asked if I wanted it back on my card, I said yes, and she completed the transaction, never swiping my card. She then rang up my new items. I asked if the return automatically goes on my card, she didn't know, called the owner, so he was aware it was a return, and he said yes it is automatic but could take a few days. No problem, right, WRONG! I went back a few days later because I noticed the receipt said CASH return and showed it to the owner and again he assured me it would go back to my bank. I have been back several times and spoken to him and it's always, "give me a few days to look into it" or "I am waiting on my bank statement to verify". Here it is now May, and it still has not been credited to my account. If I were trying to pull a scam, I would have given up a while back, but this is $100 we are talking about and that doesn't come easy these days. I have left my name and number, but no one has ever called me. Even if he would just let me get a few things and call it even I would be ok with that, but not even an offer. Really...

They are severely overpriced compared to other smoke shops in the area and carry 60% less items Most of the time, simple items like cones, are always out. I'd love to keep supporting small town businesses, but I can't at a total loss to myself. Drive to Waxahachie or Red Oak and hit Smokes N Edibles for way better prices and a better...
