Country Breeze was quick to respond to our “no heat” issue. They decided we needed a new furnace to the tune of $20,000. A new furnace was ordered, turned out to be the wrong one and was missing the heating components to make it work. 2-1/2 months later, with no heat, and 13 phone calls to the office looking for updated information on what was slowing the progress of getting the wrong furnace issues resolved. Nothing…. Finally made the decision to call someone else, they came and within a week had the furnace up and running, at a price well below the original quote of Country Breeze. Country Breeze was recommended to us by someone in the commercial heating/cooling business, so we had them install a new zone heating and air system in our home. There was some difficulty getting the correct parts to get it working correctly due to the previous wiring configuration, but they went the extra mile to special order everything that was needed. Their people are all very polite and professional from the top down. They are also extremely honest and let you know exactly what you need without trying to constantly upsell you unneeded equipment and services, like many of the other local companies do. Horrible experience new install only took eleven days to actually get a working heat pump. Two different heat pumps installled and the first one was wired wrong after we called another hvac person to look at it then we had second person to confirm wired wrong the burned up all the boards in the heat pump.
