Legacy Marble and Granite — Local services in Findlay

A remarkable experience working with Legacy Marble and Granite! Recently we had our kitchen remodeled and our new countertops from Legacy look AMAZING! Legacy is a one stop shop! All services are "in house"! You can select from the actual available countertop materials. They are beautiful products and the showroom feels like an art gallery! It is not a "hard sell" for them since their materials are so beautiful. There are no mystery fees or "add-on" fees either. There were no scheduling changes or problems since the kitchen measuring, fabrication and install we completed by all Legacy employees. The best part of the Legacy experience is the people you work with. Every single person was kind, courteous, professional. They kept us aware of the process, answered questions and guided us through it all seamlessly and on time.

Originally we had settled on countertops that were "on sale" from a "big box" store in Bowling Green. Although the people were very nice in BG, they contract with another company which became a nightmare to get any information and schedule around. The additional fees made the project costlier than anticipated. The worst part was they sold us countertops they didn't even have the materials for. We had already had our kitchen sink and appliances removed based on their original due date. For a fee we were able to get out of that contract. After Legacy completed the job, it was only about 20% more for the countertops we love, not settled for....

Phenomenal Experience.... Where do we start......It all started with the phone call to set up our appointment to look at countertops. Heidi, that answers the phone was soooo sweet setting up the time to meet with someone there, getting all of our information, working with us because we are moving up from TN. Once the day came to visit, we walked in and was immediately greeted by Heidi, with her pleasant smile and tone. She asked us if we needed anything to drink while we waited briefly for her to notify our countertop expert that we had arrived. Out came Danielle to greet us and she was just as sweet as Heidi was. She showed us everything in stock to fit our design and colors. She let us walk the warehouse to view all types of granite & marble. Once we landed on a type and color, Danielle went to work on pricing, size, and specifics with our cabinet people. There was never any pressure from her on being rushed to decide, she was sooo kind to us with the process. We didn't find out until the end of the process, that she was the owner. She was just a very informative expert on granite stone to us. Then the process of measuring and installation went smooth as silk. We are very pleased with the outcome of their product and skilled people. We feel like we have made lifelong friends with this group at Legacy. Shop the rest, Work with the best at...

I have very high expectations of companies I hire to do work at my home. I was very shocked and pleased when my expectations were blown out of the water by Legacy. From the moment we walked into the showroom, my wife and I were blown away by their customer service. Legacy was nothing short of phenomenal. They made the purchasing experience flawless as they helped us find what we wanted and not what they wanted to push on us. Every person there was extremely courteous regardless that they were not the direct person working with us. Danielle kept insisting she did not know much about the process and repeatedly had already addressed my questions before I could ask them. Such an easy process. The gentlemen that came to measure and later install were very professional and mindful of my home. I particularly liked the explanations of the process and what to expect along the way. The turn around time for the work was half of what I thought it would be. I actually had to ask for more time to prep the kitchen! The seam in the granite is so smooth and even. I am sitting here writing this and actually lost sight of it. All in all, I would recommend Legacy to anyone for making this an easy process, setting expectations that were met or exceeded, and creating such peace of mind...
