Subway — Restaurant in Findlay

Ordered from this store on Doordarsh yesterday and had 2 very disappointing subs. Before I even opened the bag I could tell it was going to be a mess because of the greasey fingerprints all over the outside. The breads were pale and soggy and ripped like someone had stuck their fingers right through it. My toasted sub was stone cold and the cucumbers tasted like they had been left to soak in chemicals. My partners sub was also soaked in sauce, granted he had mayo and honey mustard but I've ordered plenty that haven't been anywhere near as sloppy....

Absolutely horrible. Today I took my adult family to this establishment and got absolutely horrible service. Around 1:00 my sister ordered a sub that included turkey, he told us he was out of turkey, so she ordered another and asked for wheat bread, I'm sorry we only have white, geez. So we ended up at the register where he told us he didn't know how to do coupons. Then he told us there is no ice tea made, really. He shouldn't have been left in there by himself. This Subway is within walking distance of my office, so it is great that it is so consistently well managed, well staffed and well stocked. There are times that they are very busy with a lunch rush, but everyone just hustles and makes it work! I have never known them to be out of an item/ingredient.it is nice just to be able to count on fresh ingredients on a sub made quickly and to my exact specifications. I...
