I contacted the Aerus Electrolux office during the holiday week. The owner, Loren, called me back within two hours. I have a 25 yr old Electrolux which I was willing to give up/recycle thinking it needed major repairs. I was impressed how Loren listened to my explanation of how the vacuum was functioning and supported my intentions. Then I was amazed how she spoke with confidence about what the problem was - a clean filter and control valve replacement. She made an appointment that day at her shop. I was impressed with her impeccable service. Within 5 minutes she confirmed what she explained over the phone was needed - all under $100. Her knowledge is top-notch. After being frantic looking for someone to answer a call or finding someone around our neighborhood that works with old Electrolux vacumm it was a nightmare.
