Funstuf Party Place — Attraction in Fitchburg

We have been coming to fun stuff since the opened in 2019. The first time I came I had won an online thing and got my kiddo in free. Now I have 5 kids ages 15, 6, 3, 20mo and newborn. My kids love it. Due to the character days they call it "baby yoda jump place." We bought season passes last year and let me tell you 15/10 highly recommend season passes if you want an easy way to let your kids blow off steam, the passes pay for themselves in 2-3 visits! We had our son's birthday party there this past year and what an exceptional experience it was! It cost less than we anticipated, Fran was constantly checking to make sure we were good so kind and friendly to the kids. Plus we had our party on a Friday night which was awesome because there was not as many kids there! Fran, the owner, is top notch!!!!! He is kind, personable and caring. The staff is great, I've had a few issues with the younger staff cleaning up the items my kids were playing with while they were playing with them which I'm pretty certain I made Fran aware of and he rectified it. I love that you can buy your tokens with your debit card which is awesome! I'll echo what others have ask about pricey games and prizes being lower quality but I understand this is a small business and they have to make their money also, especially since it's a gem to have in our area! I can't say enough great things about it. Cons: can get busy which is not anyone's fault, just a slight downfall. My biggest gripe with any jump place, not just this one, is the older kids who plow over small children but where it comes to the establishments responsibility is where the staff doesn't say anything or try to correct the behavior. If staff sees patrons being unsafe they need to intervene and if they don't feel comfortable they should get their supervisor. GREAT place to host a birthday party!! My family is just home today after my daughters' chose a combined birthday party this year and it did NOT A disappoint! I HAD to write a review while it's still fresh in my mind and my kids are happy-zapped out on the couch!😂 CLEARLY a fantastic time with so much to do!!! Highly recommend the candy cannon as a super fun experience for the kids with emphasis on the birthday girls! The facility has so much to offer, very spacious with air conditioning and they even make special accomodations for people like me who live a low-fixed-income situation, they're super kind and accommodating to making it happen. Our friends who love us were happy to participate while paying their own admissions and we even got to bring in our own cupcakes and use the picnic area. All this AND there's complimentary Keurig with fantastic choices of coffee selection! This place is a GEM within our community and deserves our support through patronage! If zero stars could be given, that's exactly what this business would receive. Not only am I a paying customer but the amount of times I've taken my children to this place to help them grow their business is more than appreciated. One of those employees or managers, whatever they call themselves, had the audacity to pinpoint me and my children and claim we were criminals for 10 yr olds forgetting they had gameboard obviously fake money in their pockets from earlier that day. I was ransacked and told the cops needed to be called for this ´´incident´’ and when I tried to explain to this man that it was not intentional he proceeded to show his power within the business and ban me and my kids from ever returning to funstuff.
