Although in the past I have purchased nice clothing here. I had a return that was only $20.00. The associate asked if I wanted to do an exchange. I replied no. I did have my receipt also. Just refund my money to me or to my card. She took my information then talking to her other associate mentioned we do not have enough money to refund you because we just opened we just have gift cards. I then asked her if she was talking to me because she was looking at her associate she said yes. I told her I did not want a gift card. She says you are already in the system so she could not change it. I replied, if you would have told me this beforehand I could have come back later. She also complained she had a lineup of customers. I asked her to call or get her manager. As she did this the lady in another line next to me said that happened to her also and she would not be back. Another lady in line told me she would like the gift card and gave me $20 cash. I explained to the associate this could have been avoided had she communicated the problem earlier. She really needs more training in communication. I told her I was not trying to be difficult and sorry about her system problem but don’t force your problem on me. I doubt whether I will be back...

Love the clothes. Very cheap. But since they're cheap they don't hold up for very long. I've been going to the Clio Rd store mostly because of the location but the clerks are very rude. Out of 4 years of going I came across 1 very nice woman. They all have that expression of not seeing you. They don't initiate any conversations at checkout unless it's with another clerk or a friend. This store is very disrespectful and have bed bugs on tgere clothes me and my wife worked for a retail inventory cimpany and the crew had to leave because it was invested with bed bugs .and the employees is rude and had us waiting to pruchase and the think everyone is stilling and talk to you like ur a kid and talk about all the customers behind there back and talk about disable people too .this store needs to be closed down .citi trends have...
